We were first introduced to Tony Preston by our real estate agent who had been negotiating the sale of a development site for us. We were in a situation where we had organised the construction certificate for the subdivision but were unable at the time to carry through with the works required by council. After a few options were dismissed it was suggested by Tony to form a joint venture to allow for the completion of the project where we would both benefit from the profit made.

It was a leap of faith for us as it was the first joint venture we had undertaken. However, our early negotiations with Tony gave us confidence in his character and after seeing his resume, confidence in his experience.

Our solicitor was dubious of the mutual benefit of this joint venture and warned us that some people were “all talk”. We persisted and a contract outlining a win-win situation for both parties was formulated by each party’s solicitors.

Tony then took over the full control of the development ranging in scope from negotiating with council to payment and organising of contractors to perform the required works.

We found Tony to at all times honest, bard working and forthcoming in all regards. The project progressed smoothly and efficiently. Tony has shown himself to be a calm but strong character to whom his contractors are respectful and mindful of his requests. This can be seen in the quality of the work carried out.

We now regard Tony as a valuable business ally and have no hesitation in entering into further joint ventures with him. In this regard, we would recommend Tony to any prospective business partners with the knowledge that any dealings will be above board, efficient and in our case, profitable.

I have been associated with Mr Tony Preston for the past 18 months on a construction project at The Entrance on the Central coast of NSW.
