I have been associated with Mr Tony Preston for the past 18 months on a construction project at The Entrance on the Central coast of NSW. The project had a construction value of approximately $6.2mil. It was a nine storey residential tower comprising 32 units and underground parking. Tony handled the project in an excellent manner, the project was successful for all concerned and of a high standard of finish. We have worked with Tony Preston on a Class 2 Residential 3 Storey building consisting of 10 apartments with Class 5 Commercial Space on Ground Floor, and a Class 7a basement carpark and Class 2 Residential, 2 x 3 Storey buildings consisting of 27 apartments with a Class 7a basement carpark.
Throughout the projects we found Tony to be a competent and professional Builder with technical expertise, attention to detail and a professional attitude.

I had the pleasure of working with Tony at the Star City Casino Project and again later at the Eastern Distributor Project. Tony was always respected by his peers, his sub-contractors, tradesmen and labouring personnel. He was a good leader who managed to see the best from those in his charge. Tony is well organised, he is a good organiser, well disciplined, keeps good records and has a tidy approach to his paperwork. Tony is very punctual, always making an early start to the day ensuring the field processes commence in a prompt and orderly fashion. Tony is tuned into the requirements for safety and environmental matters, and has a balanced view in respect to the management of community issues. I would have no hesitation to recommending Tony.

Tony has a personal need to provide the best possible result for his client. He has an ability to adapt his thinking to any situation. His abilities to plan and organise his site have been proven together with his knowledge and management of the industrial aspects of day to day site activities. I really like this final plan! The repositioning of the door for bedroom 2 and the added glass sliding door in the hall has really opened up the space and allowed for a much more functional use of the area with the linen press and laundry space opening out into that section. I have known Tony Preston for approx two years. I first met Tony when I was searching for a builder to work with me to achieve my goal to build superior quality homes on the Central Coast. Tony built my first home, has just completed building my second home and is about to start the third one. The finished result is exceptional. Not only do the homes look fantastic but also, I believe, is far above the standard project house. The quality of workmanship is very high and has been commented on by subcontractors, clients, salespeople and suppliers.
