Tony is an experienced leader within the building industry with more than 30 years’ experience working on projects up to the value of $800 million. Tony is a highly talented Master Builder who is very familiar with the dynamic nature and complex processes of the construction life cycle from conception and planning to completion and handover.
Tony has excellent technical knowledge, communication and organisational skills, as well as analytical abilities. He is also passionate about the client’s needs and is consistently mindful of the overall project objective to ensure that the end result is always an exceptional project.
Over the course of his career, Tony has demonstrated strategic planning of all management operations and construction activities. He is dedicated to ensuring the successful completion of projects which have exceeded the client’s expectations of time, budget and quality.
Rochelle Holdsworth
Marketing Manager
With a Bachelor in Communication, Majors in PR & Marketing, Rochelle has years of experience in digital marketing, working across both the private and public sectors. At Preston Building, she plays a key role in creating engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, and developing marketing strategies to promote our projects and services.
Rochelle ensures a strong online presence for Preston Building, helping us showcase our experience in residential, commercial and industrial construction. Through impactful campaigns, she effectively communicates our commitment to quality and reliability, strengthening our reputation in the building industry.
Glenn Blackney
Site Supervisor
Glenn is an experienced carpenter and builder with over 30 years of industry knowledge and expertise. Throughout his career, he's developed a good understanding of both residential and commercial construction, enabling him to successfully manage a wide range of projects, both large and small. Glenn oversees multiple sites at any given time, ensuring each project is completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
As a qualified carpenter and licensed builder, Glenn is well-versed in every aspect of construction. His ability to adapt to the unique needs of each project ensures the successful delivery of high-quality work across both the residential and commercial sectors.
With years of hands-on experience, he's an invaluable asset to the Preston Building team.
Ben Mudge
Site Supervisor
Ben has been in the construction industry for over 27 years and joins Preston Building with a solutions-focused approach to his role as Site Supervisor. Beginning his career as a trade-qualified carpenter, he has worked his way up, giving him a well-rounded understanding of construction from both a hands-on and management perspective.
Ben has been involved in a diverse range of projects across Australia and the UK, including commercial refurbishments, residential builds and work in live environments. He's great at planning ahead, coordinating trades and maintaining clear communication to keep projects running efficiently.
Jeff Lindsay
Specialist Carpenter
Jeff is a highly skilled Carpenter/Builder with over 25 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction. He has skills in a wide range of construction disciplines but is particularly skilled in timber applications.
With a solid foundation in both residential and commercial projects, Jeff brings practical knowledge and problem-solving skills to every job site. His unique skill set and experience allow him to tackle even the most complex timber applications, making him an essential part of our team.
Bradley Fleischfresser
Leading Hand Carpenter
With his Building Certification, Brad brings strong experience and expertise across the building and construction industry. Known for his reliability and commitment, he is an important part of the Preston Building team.
Brad enjoys the hands-on nature of construction and takes pride in seeing projects come to life. His experience allows him to confidently manage different stages of a project while focusing on safety, organisation and teamwork on site.
Luke Wells
Leading Hand Carpenter
As a Leading Hand Carpenter, Luke is knowledgable across all aspects of carpentry and construction. He holds a Certificate III in Carpentry and is a hardworking and reliable team player.
Helping to support Preston Building's day-to-day operations, Luke is a hard worker who is committed to ensuring our projects are delivered on-time and meet our client's expectations. With strong attention to detail and a practical approach, he is a valued member of the Preston Building team.
Glenn Blanch
Leading Hand Carpenter
Glenn is dependable and hardworking - a qualified carpenter with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He takes great pride in every project he undertakes and is highly adaptable as he moves between projects. As our lead carpenter, he plays a big role in both residential and commercial remedial works.
Glenn's extensive experience ensures that every project, no matter how challenging, is completed to the highest standards. He's trusted to handle even the most demanding remediation work with confidence and skill.
Zac Tooth
Trade Assistant
Zac joined Preston Building as a Trade Assistant, bringing strong skills and a genuine interest in the building industry. Zac holds a Bachelor of Architecture along with a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both design intent and on-site delivery.
Currently completing his Certificate III in Carpentry, Zac is developing hands-on trade skills to complement his technical knowledge. A supportive team player, he takes pride in contributing to quality outcomes while continuing to grow his career in construction.
Alex McGregor Reid
Trade Assistant
With an impressive background working across a range of industries, Alex brings many skills to his role as a Trade Assistant at Preston Building. His diverse experience has given him a practical, adaptable approach on site as he supports our team across a variety of projects in NSW and QLD.
Alex is currently completing his Certificate III in Carpentry and has a keen interest in developing his trade skills further. He is eager to learn and helps us with the day-to-day running of projects.
His willingness to step in wherever needed makes him a valued and dependable member of the Preston Building team.
